築地魚河岸の角打ち旅手箱が、築地のBBQ用に季節に合わせた「純米大吟醸酒」＋「クラフトビール8本」をご用意いたします。
また、このセットにはボトル冷却用の氷とアイスペールとおちょこ（使い捨て）がついていますので、ゆっくりとBBQをお楽しみいただけます。

■笑顔百薬 720ml（京都府京丹後市 竹野酒造）
築地で大人気の純米大吟醸酒！米の旨み、余韻を楽しむ、香りが高く飲みやすいお酒。
京都で生まれた米にこだわっており、タンクによって使用しているお米が変わります。その季節の”笑顔百薬”をお届けします！

■鷹勇 純米大吟醸 結麗 720ml（鳥取県 東伯郡 大谷酒造）
大吟醸ながら香りは穏やかですっきりとした味わい。食中酒向けのお酒で、焼き魚や煮物などの和食とも大変相性が良いです。冷酒ですっきりと、お米の旨みが引き立つぬる燗にしてもオススメです。

○クラフトビール（離島の醸造所を中心に6本ご用意します。）
■KUMEJIMA 612 RED & BLUE 330ml（沖縄県久米島　ロート・F・沖縄）
沖縄県久米島より、青いビールが届きました！天然の藻から抽出した天然由来の綺麗なブルー。612m地下の海洋深層水を使用して仕込んでおり、超硬水由来のしっかりとしたIPAスタイルの醸造です。フルーティな香りと綺麗な酸味が特徴です！

■KUMEJIMA 612 IPA 330ml（沖縄県久米島　ロート・F・沖縄）
沖縄県久米島から612m地下の海洋深層水を使ったビールが届きました！硬度1,000の超硬水を使用し、IPA特有のフルーティな香りと苦みを持ちながら、シャープでクリアな味わいを実現しています。しっかりとしたミネラル感のあるビールが好きな方にオススメです。

■麦のはじまり 330ml（岡山県笠岡市六島　六島浜醸造所）
岡山県六島より、フルーティーで飲みやすいクラシックセゾンスタイルのビールが届きました！苦味が少なく、ビール初心者にもおすすめ。夏にごくごく飲みたい一本です。

■ドラム缶会議 330ml（岡山県笠岡市六島　六島浜醸造所）
岡山県六島より、燻製の香りを持つクラフトビールが届きました！色はやや濃いめのダークな色合い。このビールは、六島への移住を促したドラム缶の焚き火を囲んでの会話からインスパイアを受けて名付けられました。地域の文化を反映し、地元の素材を活かしたんビールです。

■牡蠣に合うビール 330ml（岡山県岡山市　宮下酒造）
牡蠣に合うビール！？スタンダードな白ビールで、生牡蠣や焼き牡蠣、蒸し牡蠣など幅広い調理方法に合いそうです。BBQやキャンプにもいかがでしょうか。お刺身にもよく合います！

■肉に合うビール330ml（岡山県岡山市　宮下酒造）
肉に合うビール！！岡山県で有名な「独歩」ビールのお酒です。豚肉、鶏肉、牛肉、、、BBQやキャンプでいかがでしょうか。

■ISLAND BREWERY IPA 330ml（長崎県壱岐島　原田酒造）
魚に合うビールとして、白麹で作り、苦味だけではなく香りを楽しめるIPA。ドライホップにMosaicホップを使用することで、南国フルーツを思わせる香りを楽しめます。優しい味ながら、お肉との相性も抜群です。

■ISLAND BREWERY YUZU KOJI ALE 330ml（長崎県壱岐島　原田酒造）

Kaku-uchi Tabitebako at Tsukiji Fish Market will prepare "Junmai Ginjo Sparkring Sake" + "Junmai Ginjo Sake" + "7 Bottles of Craft Beer" for your BBQ at Tsukiji according to the season.
This set also comes with ice to chill the bottles, an ice bucket, and a choko (disposable) so you can enjoy your BBQ in peace.

• Egaohyakuyaku unpasteurized Junmai Dai-Gijo sake 720ml
Takeno Brewery, Kyoto prefecture
This sake is very popular at Tsukiji! An easy-to-drink sake with a high aroma, a delicious rice flavor, and a lingering aftertaste.
The rice used changes with each tank. Egao-Hyakuyaku means "If you smile, you don't need medicine". Sake is the best medicine!

• Takaisami Junmai Daiginjo YUIREI 720ml
Otani Brewery, Tottori Prefecture
Although it is a daiginjo, the aroma is mild and the taste is clean. It is a sake for a meal, and goes very well with Japanese food such as grilled fish and simmered dishes. We recommend serving it cold for a refreshing drink or lukewarm to bring out the flavor of the rice.

Blue beer from Kume Island, Okinawa, Japan! A beautiful blue colour of natural origin, extracted from natural algae; brewed with deep sea water from 612m below the surface, a solid IPA-style brew of ultra-hard water origin. It has a fruity aroma and a beautiful acidity!

• KUMEJIMA 612 THE BOTTOM 330ml
Kumejima Is, Okinawa Pref.
Beer from Kume Island, Okinawa, Japan, brewed with deep sea water from 612m below the surface! The ultra-hard water, with a hardness of 1,000, gives the beer a sharp, clear taste with the fruity aroma and bitterness characteristic of IPA. Recommended for those who like their beer with a solid mineral taste.

• The Beginning of Wheat 330ml
Mushima Is, Okayama Pref.
A fruity, easy-drinking classic saison-style beer from Rokushima, Okayama Prefecture! It has a low bitterness and is recommended for beer beginners. It's a great summer drink.

• Drums conference 330ml
Mushima Is, Okayama Pref.
A craft beer with a smoky aroma has arrived from Rokushima, Okayama Prefecture! The colour is a slightly darker, darker shade. The beer is named after a conversation around a drum bonfire that inspired a move to Rokushima. The beer reflects the local culture and makes use of local ingredients.

Miyashita Brewery, Okayama City, Okayama Pref.
Beer to go with oysters! A standard white beer, it will suit a wide range of cooking methods, including raw, grilled and steamed oysters - how about BBQs and camping? Also goes well with sashimi!

A beer that goes well with meat! This is the famous ‘Dokpo’ beer drink from Okayama Prefecture. Pork, chicken, beef,, how about at a BBQ or camping?

• ISLAND BREWERY IPA 330ml
Harada Brewery, Iki is, Nagasaki Pref.
An IPA made with white malted rice as a beer that goes well with fish, this beer offers not only bitterness but also aroma; by using Mosaic hops as dry hops, you can enjoy an aroma reminiscent of tropical fruits. While it has a gentle taste, it also goes well with meat.

• ISLAND BREWERY YUZU KOJI ALE 330ml
fruit beer is made with yuzu juice and yuzu peel from Iki and plenty of white malted rice used in the production of Iki shochu, and is recommended for women and those who are not fond of alcohol.From the moment it is poured into the glass, a gorgeous aroma of yuzu rises up, and the summer sea of the island comes to mind.
